Historic four-building campus originally built in 1936 as St. Peter's by the Sea — the first church serving the Charleston Navy Base community. The 4,000 SF Fellowship Hall was completely renovated into two modern private offices. The original church was revitalized as a distinctive creative office and gathering space. Two 1940s auxiliary buildings were fully renovated to modern standards. Now fully leased at 12,000 SF and anchored by Success Street Companies and Velocity Construction in Building C.

30+ acre assemblage along Highway 52 led from initial vision through full master planning, design, and entitlement. Taken through the Planned Development (PD) process and entitled for a mixed-use program including multifamily residential, senior housing, and supporting retail. Involved assembling multiple parcels, coordinating with the City of Goose Creek, and structuring a flexible PD to accommodate phased development and evolving market demand.

Ground-up middle-market senior housing community delivering assisted living and memory care in a warm, residential setting. Features a mix of private and semi-private units, engaging common areas, and secure outdoor spaces tailored to senior lifestyles. Completed on time and on budget during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Redevelopment of two industrial buildings in North Charleston. The 16,000 SF building was repositioned to house a kids gymnastics studio and an event production company. The 24,000 SF building was redeveloped for a distillery and an indoor basketball training facility — a creative adaptive reuse pairing that drove strong market demand and full stabilization.

Renovation and addition to a classic brick ranch situated on nearly an acre. Full gut renovation paired with a 1,200 SF addition creating a beautiful indoor-outdoor living area — blending original character with modern finishes and seamless connection to the outdoor space.

Total gut renovation of a small, stylish home repositioned as a high-performing Airbnb.
